First draft site up and running

We published our first draft of the new imprint texas site this weekend. We have some finishing touches to add to the site but it should be polished and ready to go before too long. Make sure you check it out here. The management at Imprint Texas contacted us about helping them establish their web presence and we were happy to oblige. Shopping CMS solutions

For those of you that aren’t familiar with the term “content management system”, let me help get you acquainted. Designers and developers have for years suffered from the  DIY mentality of clients and customers. While there are instances of fully capable highly skilled web designers that run separate business entities, the majority of small business owners tend to focus on their own core compotencies. For those of you not familiar with that idea it breaks down like this, if you open a restaurant selling the finest cheeseburgers in your area, then odds are that the majority of your day is not spent examining web standards and brushing up on your XML programming. This need has led to the rise of the “Content Management System”. The idea is that it is an existing infrastructure that can be easily managed and updated without extensive knowledge of web design. There are several of these on the market today that are readily available. Our company is currently shopping for what we feel is the best CMS option for our customers. Our new home

Thanks for taking the time to stop by our site. We currently have several demanding projects on the table and keep putting this site on the back burner. We hope to have more time in the future to dedicate to making this site everything that we think that it should be (hopefully not too much time). Keep checking back as we keep adding new features. I just configured our twitter feed today so there’s one I can check off my list. Hope you all are well.
